Course terms and conditions

This Regulation acts as a service contract between the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company and participants in courses organised by the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company. All course participants as well as the staff of the Company and other service providers related with the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company undertake to comply with this regulation.

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of applicable course fees.

Fees include course books. Meals, travel, lodging or babysitting fees may be included in the package if the participant requests it at the time of registration. Travel, meals, accommodation and security services are automatically part of the VIP offer.

Confirmation / Cancellation of classes
Enrolment is final. The decision on the organization of a course is taken two weeks before its planned start. If a course is full, immediate notification is given. Two weeks before the course starts, the enrolled students receive an invitation, or a notice of cancellation respectively.

For requests for emergency courses, the start time may be shorter.

Cancellation
A cancellation notice can be received at the latest three weeks before the start of the course and must be done in writing.
In case of late cancellation, an administrative fee of 100 Euro is charged. If the place on the course which has become available cannot be occupied by another person, the full cost is charged to the person who has withdrawn. If participation in a course is cancelled by the employer, the costs are at the company's expense. In case of a cancellation after the start of a course, respectively by a recorded absence from the course, all course fees are due.

Change of date / Cancellation
In case of an insufficient number of people enrolling for group classes with a limited number of participants, the change of date or cancellation of course are reserved. The persons concerned are informed by the administration office in writing in a timely manner.
For individual classes, this period is of 48 hours. Late cancellations are admissible free of charge in case of illness confirmed by a medical certificate.

Courses lasting several days
A course that takes place over several days is considered as a single package.

Course timetables
The course timetables are indicated in each course program and for individual courses at the conclusion of the course, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Liabilities
ExcellenceForAll S.A. does not assume the risks of illness and accident for course participants.

Each participant must be insured against these risks.

Similarly, ExcellenceForAll S.A. is not responsible for stolen objects or those forgotten on course locations, and the damage caused by users to course premises are supported by those responsible. The teacher is not responsible for students before and after the class hours.

The teacher is not authorised to hold the courses at times and places not provided for by the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company, or to arrange or conduct private lessons without prior registration of the pupil with the ExcellenceForAll S.A. Company.

Course locations are non-smoking and must be kept clean before and after each class.

Communications with outside parties are not permitted during class hours.

Training certificate
At the end of the language courses, each participant receives a certificate of participation in the course if the attendance is of at least 80% of the course, with the exception of tuition or school and university support courses
