Language levels
Our language courses are based on the six levels mentioned in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). All these levels are grouped into six learning stages :
1) Level A1 Initiation or discovery: the student focuses on the basic vocabulary and everyday phrases.
2) Level A2 Beginner +: the student is able to express himself/herself in real life contexts such as in a restaurant, hotel, museum, etc.
3) Level B1 Intermediate: the student acquires skills such as conversation, writing and drafting of everyday and professional texts.
4) Level B2 Intermediate +: the student demonstrates conversation skills and mastery in understanding complex ideas and texts.
5) Level C1 Experienced: The student understands oral and written texts in all registers, including specialized genres (specialized texts, theoretical texts, literature, reports, scientific articles, etc.) and can understand interpretation issues regardless of their manifestation.
6) Level C2 Mastery: the student can use the language fluently in social life, studies and professional activities. The student can produce long texts, being able to explain their meaning and develop their ideas. The student can follow a course in the respective language and deal with complex work commitments.
